Dale Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Magna Vista Partners (MVP), a leadership advisory firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta. In this role, he advises chairs and CEOs of leading corporations on business strategy, board governance, and executive leadership. Dale also serves as Vice Chairman of Christoph Zeiss Partners, further demonstrating his expertise in guiding senior executives and their organizations.

Previously, Dale served as CEO of The Diversified Search Group and as Vice Chair of Heidrick & Struggles, specializing in identifying and recruiting CEO and board-level talent for prominent organizations. His leadership was notably showcased as Executive Director of Quest Atlanta ’96 during preparations for the 1996 Olympic Games.

An accomplished corporate director, Dale currently holds board positions with Rollins, Inc., Trilith Film Studios, Chick-fil-A, and Outset Medical. His prior board service includes Northwestern Mutual Corp., Hughes Supply, and Kohl’s Corporation, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic oversight.
