Step 1: Pre-Work

In-person welcome dinner + program

Step 3: Continuous Learning

60 days
App-based 1:1 coaching + learning groups (takes 1-2 hours/week)

Step 4: Closing Session

1/2 day
App-based or in-person graduation + skill mastery

Step 5: Next Steps

The Force Multiplier: Discovery Discussions allows alumni to socialize these concepts with their teams.
