The Two-Module Arc: From Better-Self to Better-Together
Module One: Better-Self (ME)
Develop awareness of the stories and emotions shaping how you lead
Build grounding practices that support clarity and steadiness under pressure
Strengthen trust in your own presence, judgment, and decision-making

Better-Together (WE)
As leaders become more grounded and self-aware, they are better equipped to lead others with intention, trust, and clarity.
Understand how healthy, high-functioning communities are formed and sustained
Practice leading conversations that build trust, alignment, and shared ownership
Equip teams to co-create values and behaviors that guide everyday decisions and action

How the Experience Works
Begin with an instructor-led experience
Each module opens with a facilitated, instructor-led class—establishing shared language, deepening awareness, and grounding leaders in the core practices of the experience.
Apply learning over 60 days
Following the class, participants engage in a 60-day period of application—bringing the work into daily leadership moments through guided reflection and intentional practice.
Supported by micro-journaling and digital habit-building
Participants use Academy Within’s digital habit-builder platform to support micro-journaling, reinforce new habits, and capture insights that strengthen individual growth and collective learning.
Learn together through shared discovery
Throughout the journey, leaders learn alongside peers—sharing observations, stories, and discoveries that deepen trust and strengthen collective understanding.
