Module One: Better-Self (ME)

How the Experience Works
Begin with an instructor-led experience
Each module opens with a facilitated, instructor-led class—establishing shared language, deepening awareness, and grounding leaders in the core practices of the experience.
Apply learning over 60 days
Following the class, participants engage in a 60-day period of application—bringing the work into daily leadership moments through guided reflection and intentional practice.
Supported by micro-journaling and digital habit-building
Participants use Academy Within’s digital habit-builder platform to support micro-journaling, reinforce new habits, and capture insights that strengthen individual growth and collective learning.
Learn together through shared discovery
Throughout the journey, leaders learn alongside peers—sharing observations, stories, and discoveries that deepen trust and strengthen collective understanding.
