Andy Rawlings is Academy Within’s President & CEO and has been involved with the company since its inception. He specializes in building teams, growing businesses, and creating lasting business cultures. 

Prior to Academy Within, Andy spent nearly 20 years in sports marketing where he ran LEARFIELD’s flagship multimedia rights business. He oversaw partnerships with more than 200 collegiate athletic departments and over 1,000 corporate clients.  In 2019, he was named an industry “Power Player” by the Sports Business Journal.  

Andy is a CPA and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He and his wife, Tracy, have three grown children and live in Plano, TX.
