Kelly Sack is a skilled executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 25 years of experience working with executives and leaders of Fortune 500 companies. Kelly’s successful track record includes the delivery of both individual and team–based coaching services with high potential senior level executives. She combines empathy with a direct and pragmatic approach that guides clients to transform behaviors and achieve optimal business results.

Kelly started her business career with IBM followed by 8 years as the Director of Organizational and People Effectiveness for Ernst & Young, LLP. She formed K Sack Consulting in 2009 to better focus on her passion
for working directly with the end users of her programs and services. Kelly partners with several organizations to expand her influence and impact a broader audience. She currently partners with Stride Executive Coaching, CHIEF (one of Fast Company’s most innovative companies of 2021), and Academy Within. Kelly’s diverse professional experience combined with her broad client base have enabled her to effectively understand and “speak the language” of leaders from a variety of industries and positions.

Kelly studied Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology where she discovered her passion and aptitude for the specific areas of Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development. Kelly earned an MA in Psychology with a certificate in Organizational Development from the University of West Georgia’s Social Psychology Department. She completed her coaching training as an executive coach with Corporate Coach University. She is a practitioner of the Hogan Assessment Tool, Birkman Method, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Learning Agility, and DiSC. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Kelly currently resides in Atlanta with her husband of 29 years, three children, and two rescue dogs. She has 5 best friends who all met in elementary and middle school. They continue to be each other’s closest allies and support throughout life. Her passions include traveling, community service, fitness and spending time enriching her relationships with family and friends.
