Marc Wendorf

Marc is an executive coach who studied at the renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching and specializes in helping clients understand adult learning theories related to making long-term, impactful behavioral shifts in their careers. His coaching style recognizes and develops the whole self – mind, body & heart.   He strives to develop clients into the best, most authentic leaders they can be.

Marc has 20 years of experience providing Human Resources expertise in business partnering, HR operations, compensation planning, design & implementation, global restructuring and expansion, and strategic human capital advisory services. Most recently, Marc led the Global Business Partner & Talent Acquisition functions at lululemon.  Previously, Marc led the HR Business Partner function for the Global Recruitment & Mobility organization at Meta.  In addition to his prior role at Facebook, Marc served as the Head of HR Business Partners for the Global Sales & Partnerships team at Twitter, Inc.  

Additionally, Marc is an advisory council member at GLG Consulting, speaking on all aspects of Human Resources. 

Marc has a double major in Marketing and Management Communications from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  He holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ACC), maintains a certificate from The Leadership Circle Profile as well as an interpretation credential from Hogan Assessments, and has achieved a SPHR certification from HRCI.
