Jennifer Academy Within’s Chief Activation Officer and is responsible for leading our highly skilled network of coaches and facilitators. She also develops and delivers programs and experiences that engage teams to use the inner work of leadership to be more effective and achieve results. As a founding member of the AW team, she brings extensive experience working in and with large organizations to create systems for meaningful change.

Prior to her shift to coaching, Jennifer spent almost 15 years in marketing for several Fortune 500 organizations, including Kodak, BlueLinx, Hitachi Power Tools and AutoTrader. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, based on the ground-breaking research of Dr. Brené Brown on what the future of successful, resilient leadership will require. She is also trained and certified in industry-leading frameworks and assessments to help clients better understand how their personality and motivations contribute to and inhibit their leadership effectiveness.

Jennifer has a degree in Telecommunication, Film, and Communication from the University of Alabama, where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team.

She is based in the Atlanta area with her husband Dale, and they have two children, Drew and Haley.
