Roger Gardner brings over 40 years of experience as a business and media executive to his coaching practice. A Georgetown University-trained and certified facilitator and transformation leadership coach, he helps both individuals and organizations better understand themselves and learn how to enact change effectively. Roger emphasizes patience, trust, collaboration, and empathy in his practice, and encourages clients to apply those same principles to their own work when leveraging change.

As a partner and executive at LEARFIELD, Roger helped to build the company into one of the leaders in collegiate sports marketing and served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Culture & Communications Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
