As President and CEO of The Clearing, she anticipates customer needs and ensures we take a progressive approach to our partnerships with clients and technical experts.  She is passionate about designing organizational development practices and their implementation into the operating and management environments where today’s leaders must survive and thrive. With over 20 years of experience leading organizations across sectors and consulting with clients operating at senior government and private sector levels, she takes pride in her craft as a practitioner. She is accountable for executing the guidance and advice she offers clients.

As a consultant, she has supported leaders across the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, American Red Cross, Small Business Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Administrative Office of the Courts, and select global financial institutions and technology companies. Her areas of technical expertise include workplace change strategies and assessing and designing cultural interventions to address human risk in organizations.
