Bethany is an experienced sports marketing and business development professional, joining Academy Within as the Business Development Director. She oversees the creation and execution of high-touch engagement activities with business leaders, key stakeholders, and Board members.

Prior to her role with Academy Within, she was the Director of Development for the Alvarez College of Business at UT San Antonio. She was the college’s lead major gifts officer, managing a portfolio of 80-100 donors, and was instrumental in securing new endowments, developing new engagement activities, and restructuring the college’s advisory board.

Bethany is dynamic when engaging clients and donors, finding ways to authentically relate to others. She is a charismatic leader inspiring her team to exceed goals and expectations.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Bethany graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Telecommunication and Film. She is based in Atlanta with her English Lab, Magnolia
