Roger Gardner is a seasoned sports and media executive with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is the Principal of Safe Harbor Consulting, LLC where he provides companies and individuals with consultation, facilitation, culture building, and other advisory services. Roger is a gifted public speaker and presenter and is committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.

Prior to his current role, Roger served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Culture & Communications Officer at LEARFIELD where he was responsible for overseeing cultural and communication strategies. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has completed executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Georgetown University. Roger has certifications in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation and Organizational Leadership from Georgetown University.
